The AI Unfair Advantage is the community I run for founders, agency owners, salespeople, and small-business operators who want to use AI to get more leads, close more deals, and delete the busywork that eats their week. I consult one-on-one, and that work is great — but it only scales to so many businesses. A lot of operators don't need me to build it for them. They need to be shown how, given the working pieces, and supported while they put it together. The community is the leverage version of that. The same systems I would charge to build, taught and templated so you can run them yourself.

It also keeps me sharp. I am building AI agents, automations, and lead-generation systems in my own businesses every week. Whatever I learn — what breaks, what works, what's overhyped — goes straight into the calls and workshops while it's still fresh, not a year later in a polished course.
